CBSA Potential Strike

A potential strike is just a couple of days away for over 9000 Canada Border Services Agency workers. The Treasury board has stated that employees in essential services positions must provide uninterrupted border services. They cannot work-to-rule, nor can they intentionally slow down border processing. Commercial goods will continue to flow but delays are anticipated.

We at LM Clark will continue to process all shipment releases in a timely manner and will monitor and keep you apprised of any delays that may occur.

We will continue to monitor this potential strike as it develops and keep posted.
